BEING BROKEN COMPLETELY DOWN, ALLOWS YOU TO BE REBUILT BIGGER, BETTER, AND STRONGER THAN BEFORE

Who wants to be broken? Who wants to go through a period of losing everything? I don’t think too many people would be rushing to the front of the line to volunteer for this calling. I don’t blame you. I wouldn’t had want to either.  But God, knows better than we know. His plan is good, right, and always perfect but, God expects us to trust him.

Trust the Process

Would you trust God in the midst of loss, hurt, abandonment, or betrayal? Practically speaking this could show up as losing a job, ending a relationship, losing a child, losing a parent or loved one, losing your financial bearings, or no longer recognize who you are. Whatever it might be that you are going through, God is able. God is able to see you through, bring you out, deliver you from, and bless you despite any situation that you may be facing. Not only will God see you through but, he will also allow what seems like a season of being totally broken and stripped of everything you once knew, to be your season of reconstruction, renovation, and renewing.

Surrender it all

Imagine and think about a home that has been sitting for a long time. A home requires regular maintenance and repair of several things in that house for proper upkeep. How about that leaky roof, fixing the water tank, when the foundation of your home starts to show severe wearing, or when the septic tank goes bad. So many things can happen, and if not properly maintained or serviced, these isolated problems can lead to bigger problems. Sometimes the list of repairs can compound one another to the point where fixing everything isn’t advisable. It would make more sense to just tear it completely down and rebuild it.

Sometimes just letting things go in our life, trying to fix things on your own, ignoring what has really been building up on the inside of you, or being numb and empty for so long, sometimes these things make us feel like we have to put a bandage on them and cover them up. The problem with that is we never truly deal with the problem or underlying issue and these isolated issues start to compound one another leading to a bigger problem in our life. Sometimes, so much has happened and our hearts and minds can’t just be “repaired or fixed”. At times, our hearts become so heavy, burdened, or broken, that it is necessary not only to try to fix our life but to let go of our effort and completely give and surrender it to God.

Time for Restoration

True surrender allows God to rebuild and restore you from the inside out. If you can let go of your control and give it completely over to God then you can see how his hands can go to work sculpting out the life, purpose, dreams, desires, and hope that he has in store for you. When God rebuilds your life, you show up different. Your effort becomes easier because you are not trying to do it on your own. You are empowered and inspired because you finally realize that you have a real vision and purpose that God has placed inside of you. You see yourself the way that God sees you now confidently walking with an authority that you have never had before. God gives you a peace that is like no other peace. Oh and let me tell you about the love that you will feel and experience from seeking God’s love first. God will never leave nor forsake you. He will always be with you. Never again will you feel abandoned, empty, or desolate because when God rebuilds you he fills you full of everything that you need.

Tender Loving Care

God fills you from the inside out with his love. When you now look in the mirror, you no longer see defeat but beauty. You begin to realize that you are created in the image of God and his beauty radiates throughout you and that strength is yours to possess. You no longer allow fear to overwhelm your mind and heart because you realize that God is with you, shielding you, guiding you, and protecting you. Fear no longer has room to exist in your newly rebuilt life.

Rebuilt Better than Before

It is in your season of being broken that you realize the worst thing that you thought could ever happen has become the best thing that could ever happen to you. For through being broken, you were recreated to live your very best life. Your greatest days are ahead of you and not behind you. You can start finally living your life whole, complete, and lacking nothing because you have been rebuilt bigger, better, and stronger than before.

Loving blessings wished for you always
