As a Corporate Coach, I will meet with clients, assess client’s goals and strategies, and then make a detailed analysis of the findings. From those findings, I will provide suggestions or solutions on how to improve or maintain various aspects of their business, like productivity, organizational culture, conflict resolution, change management,and or employee satisfaction.
Executive/Business Coaching
As a certified executive coach, I work with individuals (usually executives, leaders, and managers but also high-potential employees) to help them gain self-awareness, clarify goals, achieve their personal and professional growth and development objectives, unlock their potential, and act as a sounding board. I ask questions, challenge assumptions, help clients achieve clarity, provide resources, and yes, sometimes, with permission, provide advice to help clients gain self-awareness, and establish appropriate and targeted goals.
Organizational Development Coaching
With organizational coaching support, your leadership team will be provided what they need to put the pieces together in order to achieve their highest potential.

I will provide mindfulness tools and strategy work to help you cope and live in the present while connecting to a supportive community. The ultimate goal is to help you to cope with your emotions and feelings to get you to acceptance of your new normal.
Life Coaching
I will serve as your certified mindfulness and integrative wellness life coach and provide coaching services with an emphasis of helping you to navigate challenges and transitions in life to incorporate mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual balance and well-being. I will support you to create a life plan that will help you to develop consistent habits and patterns to bring overall success into pertinent life areas: personal well-being, finances, relationships with self and family, and career advancement.
