“I have to admit that I probably would’ve scoffed at the thought of having a life coach even just three months ago. Rooted deeply in my faith, being optimistic, and feeling mostly convinced about my dreams, I felt I was well-equipped to take on life. When I had a chance to sit down with Dr.Jennings, I still did not identify the need, although I couldn’t help but pick up on her genuineness and incredible discernment.
That night I could not shake the gut feeling that this was exactly what I needed. I’m beyond grateful that I listened to that gut feeling and contacted her the next morning to set up our meetings.
I feel like she took all my scattered life tools, helped me organize them in a more handy, intentional tool belt, and added some much needed new tools to it! Some long-talked about dreams (like literally years) are coming to life so suddenly!
I’m so grateful for Dr.Jennings and her true gift to blossom people to their greatest potential. I like to think of her as the “Inner-warrior Whisperer.” :)”
“Dr. Elizabeth Jennings of Remember You Matter Coaching is a natural at what she does. She has a true passion for helping others. She is a wonderful and natural listener. She is extremely helpful with aiding others in organizing their thoughts and problem solving, so that they can achieve their goals.
Her coaching style is so comfortable that you feel like you are talking to a good friend.
I highly recommend Remember You Matter Coaching for Adults and Children. Dr. Jennings has experience working with children since 2001, as a Pediatric Occupational Therapist and is no stranger to children with special needs. She is calm, patient, and caring. She is definitely your go to person for pediatric coaching as well.
I recommend at least having a consultation with her to see what RYM Coaching can do for you in your life.”
“There are no words to express my immense gratitude to Elizabeth, my heart and my mind were blocked and so saturated that I could no longer function and it was affecting me and the life of my family, thanks to her I found confidence in myself and the strength to balance my thoughts and my life in general, thank you Elizabeth for your incredible spirit, intelligence, and big heart, God bless you!!”
“Having a Life Coach was a new concept to me, but after hearing about Remember You Matter and learning the approach and philosophy, I felt like it was something I could use in my life.
I am so grateful for the life coaching Elizabeth did with me. I have gained so much in the form of tools, insight, new ideas, and inspiration to look outside of my comfort zones.
Elizabeth gave me homework assignments that really stretched me and opened me up to learn more, be more self aware, and take action. During our one-on-one sessions, I could tell that Elizabeth has a passion and purpose to help people. I truly feel as though I have an action plan for my life and tools to keep going.”
“Good Morning, I want to thank Dr.Jennings for helping me navigate through a place in my life where I was “stuck”. I appreciate her process of really getting to know me, my goals, background, and even the work I had to do at home for rediscovery, it was all worth the effort.
There are times in everyone’s life when we need help that friends or family can’t provide and maybe shouldn’t be involved in because of personal bias.
Dr. Jennings objectively helped me find the means to move forward to being the person I want to be. All this was done in joy and appreciation of where I was right then, because life is a growing place. If I need help again, I’ll call. Thank you Dr. Jennings. Blessings”
